And good afternoon we begin with a look at the noreaster that is hitting us at one of the worst possible times. Its dropping snow and rain just as people head out for the long holiday weekend. The change from snow to rain has already happened in Center City Philadelphia and places south of the city are getting a messy mix. There is a storm warning in affect for several counties, including here in allentown, making the roads a mess. And its disrupting travel plans nationwide.
