Cd she called hysterical reporting that there was a fight involving her boyfriend and a friend. according to the criminal complaint, 36 year old Brian Schwochert walked up to the other man with closed fists. Arrests in the sherman park neighborhood. This, after a crowd gathered for a memorial for Sylville Smith last night. It happened near 44th and auer the same intersection where 23yearold smith was fatally shot by a Milwaukee Police officer two weeks ago. Police say they received several complaints from neighbors about a crowd of about 30 to 40 people. Officers asked the group to leave peacefully. About 20 minutes later, the crowd was asked to leave again. Police began making arrests when some refused to leave. They arrested 10 people for resisting an officer.
