A man and woman were shot heading east in a honda minivan on i80 when someone in another car opened fire. Family members tell us the man was hit three times including in the head. He had to be air liftd to a hospital by helicopter. They landed on the freeway and the woman was hit in the hand and taken by ambulance to a hospital. There were many witnesses to the shooting and police say that played a key role in the case.
