Greater NOIDA: Shiv Nadar University, Delhi-NCR, an ‘Institution of Eminence’ as recognized by the Government of India, has launched an MBA program, seamlessly delivered online in collaboration with Great Learning, one of India’s leading EdTech companies for professional and higher education. The UGC-approved, two-year MBA program is designed for working professionals and young entrepreneurs to unlock their career potential while juggling their busy schedules, including fresh graduates with outstanding credentials.
Shiv Nadar University’s MBA program offers specializations in domains such as Data Science & Analytics, Digital Finance, Marketing, and Human Resources, and empowers learners with the knowledge and skills to succeed in a highly competitive and complex digital world. It will be delivered via live interactive lectures, industry expert sessions, recorded videos, projects, and case studies to simulate real-world scenarios, enabled by Great Learning’s cutting-edge online learning technologies. The program is intended to include regular meet-ups for program participants at Great Learning centres in key metro cities and in-person residencies at the Shiv Nadar University Delhi-NCR campus once a year for peer-to-peer interaction, engagement and learning during the program.

AIC-SNU has joined hands with Dassault Systèmes and HCL Technologies as Technology/Knowledge Partners to provide winners of the ‘Venture Challenge’ contest extended support from the conceptual stage to actualization of their business concepts. Both partners will help the chosen start-ups to scale their ideas, provide technical support, market guidance and access to their networks of key contacts for growth. Additionally, the best start-ups that with breakthrough/disruptive innovation, collective intelligence, or those that aim to positively impact the society will get the chance to participate in the global pitch of Dassault Systeme’s 3DEXPERIENCE Lab. Upon further selection, the winning start-ups will be accelerated by the company at global level.

Greater NOIDA: Shiv Nadar University (Delhi NCR) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ministry of Education, Government of India, for granting of the prestigious status of ‘Institution of Eminence Deemed to be University’ (IoE). With this MoU, it has become the youngest recognized IoE and part of the hallowed league of top 20 public and private institutions mandated to elevate Indian higher education on the global stage with complete academic and administrative autonomy.
 
Shiv Nadar University’s Pro-Chancellor, Mr. Shikhar Malhotra, and Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Rupamanjari Ghosh, signed the MoU in the presence of Dr. Vineet Joshi, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Education, Government of India, and Ms. Kirti, Deputy Director (Science), Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Government of India.

Shiv Nadar University Chennai Appoints Prof. Sriman Kumar Bhattacharyya as Vice Chancellor

Chennai: Shiv Nadar University Chennai, the third initiative in higher education by the Shiv Nadar Foundation, today announced the appointment of Prof. Sriman Kumar Bhattacharyya as the University’s Founding Vice Chancellor. Prof. Bhattacharyya is a widely acclaimed academician and was previously the Director (officiating) at IIT Kharagpur. In a career spanning over three decades, Prof. Bhattacharyya has demonstrated outstanding scholarship in his field, rigor for academic excellence and support for the faculty’s role in achieving this, driving pedagogical redesign as well as commitment to teaching and research. He has also been the Director of Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR) – Central Building Research Institute (CBRI) in Roorkee.
