The Chhattisgarh government on Thursday vehemently denied the claim of the Enforcement Directorate (ED) that the Chief Minister of the State had met a Chhattisgarh High Court judge in connection with NAN scam.
In 2020, the Chhattisgarh high court had granted anticipatory bail to two IAS officers who had been booked during the tenure of the previous BJP government.
The accused persons in the Nagrik Apurti Nigam scam (NAN scam) were in touch with a Chhattisgarh High Court judge through Constitutional functionaries who were helping the accused, the ED told the Supreme Court.
