1865 THOMASTON – Mr. Francis A. “Frank” Main, of Thomaston, died Saturday, Jan. 30, 2021, at the West Haven Veterans Hospital. He was the husband of Nancy Ann (Walker) Main. CHARLESTON — The West Virginia Board of Education didn’t take action at its emergency meeting Wednesday against the dwindling number of counties that are still defying its order to reopen classrooms.
