Top h. H. S. Officials reflected the president s poor leadership in their hearings today and last week. The they dodge questions. They withheld critical information and delivered more promises that wont be kept. Strikingly, the obamacare enrollment site was actually down as the h. H. S. Secretary testified for the first time about the web sites troubled rollout, and even assured americans the web site is working. Its just slow and unreliable.
