Iowans all over the state to get outside this weekend. Yes it will and many of us will , head straight for the recreational trails and parks. We did some checking, and while some are still pretty wet, all of the local trails are now open. And with warm temperatures in the overnight forecast the dreaded refreeze is unlikely.
