The National Institute for Astronomical and Geophysical Research revealed that according to astronomical calculations made by the institute, it will happen A total lunar eclipse Today, Wednesday, May 26, 2021 AD.
The timing of the center of this eclipse coincides with the time of the Badr month of Shawwal for the year 1442 AH, when the Earth’s shadow covers approximately 100.9% of the moon’s surface.
Dr. Usama Rahmeh, head of the sun research laboratory at the institute, said that it can be seen in the areas where the moon appears when it occurs, including (Southeast Asia – the continent of Australia – the Americas – the Pacific Ocean – the Atlantic Ocean – the Indian Ocean – Antarctica).
