Random but the Nypd Hate Crimes Task force is now working to figure out if it was a bias attack. Its never good to hear that where you live, theres a possibility of crime happening so close to home. So its kind of shocking too. Reporter police say the suspect was wearing black pantses black pants and a white hockey mask. Around here it doesnt really happen.
