At the time that the e. Health exchange was stood up and really what is happening with the majority of Healthcare Organizations across the country , they Exchange Information, care summaries, and other Clinical Data. Some other networks popped up. One is the common well alliance which is a gender participation alliance, which they created their own network to Exchange Information with each other. Then i will get into the care quality which is our network, but also a framework.
