Kids Nest was closed by state officials after a 16-month-old baby choked and died on a piece of watermelon last week.

Jamal Jr. walked up to member os staff to show them that he was choking, the supervisors tried to get the watermelon out of his mouth but had to call an ambulance for assistance.
