Florida legislators have introduced a new bill that could become a blueprint nationwide for how States deal with parents who choose to educate their children at home, opting out of the system. Since many families struggle financially to have one spouse stay out of the workforce to educate their children, Florida is introducing a bill that will give funding to these families.
