LATEST. WELL KELLY THIS MORNING’S TESTIMONY STARTED WITH THE DEFENSE TRYING TO PICK APART. THE BELTON POLICE DEPARTMENT’S INVESTIGATION, BUT THEN ONE OF USED EX-GIRLFRIENDS TOOK THE STAIN. MR. USED FOUND ME IN HIS HOME. PACKING MY BAGS TO LEAVE CANDACE ST. CLAIR ONE OF KYLER USED FORMER GIRLFRIENDS TALKING ABOUT TRYING TO LEAVE HIM. HE THEN PROCEEDED TO GET ON TOP OF ME. TO PUT HIS HANDS AROUND MY NECK. HAND OVER HAND TO CRUSH MY TRACHEA SPEAKING DIRECTLY AND POWERFULLY INTO THE MICROPHONE. SHE TOLD THE JURY USED CHOKED HER IN THE SAME WAY PROSECUTORS SAY USED KILLED CARA KAPETSKY AND JESSICA RUNYONS. THE DEFENDANT REPEATEDLY CHOKED ME AND THEN AS SOON AS I WOULD LOSE CONSCIOUSNESS OR COME NEAR TO LOSING CONSCIOUSNESS, HE WOULD TURN AROUND AND PUNCH MY LEGS TO UP SAINT CLAIR SAID KYLER USED ALSO CONFESS TO HER. HE KILLED KARAKOPETSKY DID THE DEFENDANT EVER MENTION TO YOU. DRAGGING BODIES THROUGH THE WOODS. YES. WHAT DID HE TELL YOU? UM HE TOLD ME THAT. SOMETHING BAD HAD HAPPENED TO KARA. St. Clair, Yust's former girlfriend, testified during the third day of the murder trial of Yust Wednesday, April 7, 2021, in Cass County.
