A parking space in Knightsbridge has come onto the market for £50,000, boasting of extra features which include 'access to water'.
The 18 feet by eight feet slot, being advertised on Zoopla and offering 24-hour security, CCTV and gated access, comes at the same price as some four-bedroom detached houses up north.
The plot is in a shared garage, which is located in Knightsbridge, west London. Pictures of the tiny space showed a car only just fitting into the narrow gap, which is 18 feet long.
