అమరావతి, జూన్‌ 28 (ఆంధ్రజ్యోతి): తిరుపతి రుయా ఆస్పత్రిలో ఆక్సిజన్‌ అందక కొవిడ్‌ బాధితులు మృతిచెందిన ఘటనపై చిత్తూరు జిల్లా కలెక్టర్‌, ఆస్పత్రి డాక్టర్లు ఇచ్చిన నివేదికలను తమ ముందుంచాలని రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వాన్ని హైకోర్టు ఆదేశించింది. అధికారులు, వైద్యుల నిర్లక్ష్యం వల్ల మరణాలు చోటు చేసుకున్నాయా లేక ఆక్సిజన్‌ తెచ్చే వాహనం రావడం ఆలస్యమవడం వల్ల  బాధితులు మరణించారా అనే విషయాన్ని తేల్చాల్సిన అవసరం ఉందన్నారు. పూర్తి వివరాలతో అఫిడవిట్‌ దాఖలు చేయాలని ఆదేశిస్తూ.. ప్రధాన న్యాయమూర్తి జస్టిస్‌ అరూ్‌పకుమార్‌ గోస్వామి, జస్టిస్‌ ఎన్‌.జయసూర్యతో కూడిన ధర్మాసనం సోమవారం ఉత్తర్వులు జారీచేసింది. రుయా ఆస్పత్రిలో ఆక్సిజన్‌ అందక 40మందికి పైగా కోవిడ్‌ బాధితులు చనిపోయారని, ఈ ఘటనకు బాధ్యులైన అధికారులు, ఆస్పత్రి యాజమాన్యంపై కేసు నమోదుకు ఆదేశాలివ్వాలని తిరుపతి టీడీపీ నేత పవార్‌ మోహన్‌రావు పిల్‌ దాఖలు చేశారు. మృతుల కుటుంబాలకు రూ.కోటి చొప్పున నష్టపరిహారం చెల్లించేలా చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని కోరారు. ఈ వ్యాజ్యం సోమవారం విచారణకు వచ్చింది. పిటిషనర్‌ తరఫున న్యాయవాది వై.బాలాజీ వాదనలు వినిపిస్తూ.. ‘ఆస్పత్రి సిబ్బంది నిర్లక్ష్యం కారణంగా ఘటన చోటు చేసుకుంది. ఆక్సిజన్‌ ప్లాంటు దగ్గర్లోనే ఉన్నా అధికారుల సమన్వయ లోపం వల్ల కొవిడ్‌ బాధితులు చనిపోయారు.
ఈ విషయంపై నిజాలు తేల్చేందుకు కేసు నమోదు చేసి దర్యాప్తు జరిపేలా పోలీసులను ఆదేశించండి. వివక్ష లేకుండా బాధితులకు పరిహారం అందేలా చర్యలు తీసుకోండి’ అని అభ్యర్థించారు. ప్రభుత్వ ప్రత్యేక న్యాయవాది సి.సుమన్‌ వాదనలు వినిపిస్తూ.. ఆక్సిజన్‌ సరఫరా చేసే వాహనం ఆలస్యంగా రావడం వల్ల ఈ ఘటన చోటు చేసుకుందని.. ఆక్సిజన్‌ అందక 23 మంది  బాధితులు మృతి చెందారని.. ఘటనపై ఆస్పత్రి డాక్టర్లు, చిత్తూరు కలెక్టర్‌ ప్రభుత్వానికి నివేదికలు సమర్పించారని తెలిపారు. వాటి ఆధారంగా మరణాల కారకులపై ప్రభుత్వం చర్యలు తీసుకుంటుందన్నారు. ధర్మాసనం స్పందిస్తూ ఘటనకు బాధ్యులు ఎవరనే విషయం తేల్చాల్సిన అవసరం ఉందని. ఈ వ్యవహారంపై కౌంటర్‌ దాఖలు చేయాలని ప్రభుత్వాన్ని ఆదేశిస్తూ. విచారణను రెండు వారాలకు వాయిదా వేసింది. 
25 లక్షల పరిహారమివ్వాలి..
రుయా ఆస్పత్రి ఘటనలో మృతి చెందినవారి బంధువులకు అందించే పరిహారాన్ని పెంచాలంటూ తిరుపతికి చెందిన జి.భానుప్రకాశ్‌ రెడ్డి హైకోర్టులో పిల్‌ వేశారు. ఆయన తరఫున న్యాయవాది గోపాలకృష్ణ కళానిధి వాదనలు వినిపిస్తూ. పరిహారాన్ని రూ.10 లక్షల నుంచి 25 లక్షలకు పెంచాలని కోరారు. దీనిపై చీఫ్‌ జస్టిస్‌ గోస్వామి, జస్టిస్‌ జయసూర్యతో కూడిన ధర్మాసనం ప్రభుత్వానికి నోటీసులు జారీచేసింది.

However, Sidhu pointed out that when appointments of the director general of police and the chief principal secretary to the chief minister were set aside, the court orders were challenged “in matter of hours”.
“Nefarious intentions are evident, No High Court stopped you in 4-1/2 yrs ! When DGP/CPS appointments are set aside, orders are challenged in Higher Courts in matter of hours.
