An exhibition of portraits by David Hockney at the National Portrait Gallery in London boasts new paintings from his Normandy studio.

The artwork was completed in hockney's studio in normandy, and depicts the 29-year-old singer wearing a red and yellow striped cardigan, and a string of pearls around his neck.
The painting will join other works by the 86-year-old artist in a forthcoming exhibition at London’s National Portrait Gallery.
