Both opening their doors, or drive-thru windows, during the pandemic. For Roasted Bliss Coffee Shop & Bakery, it wasn't originally in the plan to open a second location. "We weren't even necessarily planning on coming to Rochester, this opportunity just kind of came up and we decided to jump on it since the timing seemed right," co-owner, Denise Myers said. Ali and Denise opened up their St. Charles location in December of 2019, only a few months before the pandemic started. "We noticed too, at Christmas time, we'd have like $500 orders from people in Rochester and we were like 'okay, obviously there's a need there.' So, we decided instead of us trying to deliver all the time into Rochester, why don't we open up a shop here and it's been very well received," co-owner, Ali Johnson said.
