Rye Development LLC of Portland, Oregon, is pursuing plans to build the Cabin Run Pumped Storage hydroelectric project on private land at a site near the confluence of the Stony River and Mount Storm Lake, a short distance from Dominion Energy's massive coal-fired Mount Storm Power Station in Grant County, West Virginia.
