NSW health authorities are urging any local residents who have been in Queensland recently to seek health advice after a new COVID-19 case.
Queensland authorities are continuing investigations into the COVID-19 case detected at Princess Alexandra Hospital.
Meanwhile, NSW Health says anyone who arrived into NSW from Queensland after March 11 should check the Queensland Health website for public health instructions.
Several venues of concern in Brisbane have been identified, including a gym, pub and cafe.
Anyone who has attended one of the venues listed on the website during the relevant times is asked to immediately self-isolate until Thursday, March 25.

The "horrific" challenges facing Northern Rivers health workers have been highlighted during question time in parliament.
Lismore MP Janelle Saffin asked deputy premier John Barilaro whether the health system treated people in regional areas as "second-class citizens".
"The Deputy Premier has described in evidence to the parliamentary inquiry into rural and regional health that it is horrific," she said.
"Nurses in my community are leaving their shifts emotionally and physically shattered, and a patient died tragically at a local hospital while no doctor was physically present."
Health Minister Brad Hazzard interrupted and said: "That is not true. There is a fortune going into it and we are getting staff left, right and centre."

A health worker at the Lismore Base Hospital COVID-19 clinic has revealed staff are "getting flogged to say the least".
There are four fever clinics open in Northern NSW on weekends ‒ LBH, Byron Central Hospital, Tweed Hospital and Grafton Base Hospital.
But at Lismore, people waited for more than four hours to be tested.
In a post on The Northern Star's Facebook page on Sunday, one health worker said it was chaos.
"I did not stop all day, did not get a break," they wrote.
"We need more staff and we need more clinics set up, as the pressure on the Base is way too much.

Local Health District has record number of COVID tests

30th Dec 2020 1:15 PM
THE Northern Rivers has continued our stellar record for locally acquired COVID-19 cases with none confirmed since July, the Northern NSW Health District confirmed today.
A Tweed Shire resident in hotel quarantine in Sydney was confirmed as a case of COVID-19 on December 26.
That case was acquired overseas.
NNSWLHD chief executive Wayne Jones said this person would be released from isolation once health staff confirm that it is safe to do so.
"While testing rates have dropped in the last day or two in line with the NSW trend, we
were pleased to see high numbers of people coming through our testing clinics over the Christmas period, with around 2,600 tests conducted in the past week," he said.
