Investigators claim she concealed her husband’s 2011 demise and kept collecting $113,471 worth of his Social Security benefits until April 2017. The grand jury concluded that alleged fraud ended two years before the former Dover woman was arrested by Northern York Regional Police and charged with Thomas Hayden Sr.’s homicide.
