Massachusetts real estate developer and investor Winstanley Enterprises recently paid $2.5 million to secure a 40-acre industrial building site in the Great Pond Village Development. Winstanley is the master developer of the 653-acre Great Pond Village, a pre-planned and permitted mix of industrial, commercial and residential development on land that once hosted the industrial campus of ABB Combustion.

Winstanley pays $22.5M to buy out partner's interest in nearly 94 acres of Great Pond Village in Windsor

Winstanley Enterprises recently paid $22.5 million to buy ABB Combustion Engineering’s interest in nearly 94 acres in the two companies’ joint Great Pond Village Development in Windsor. The $22.5 million price was recorded in online town land records, attached to the deed recorded June 24. Missouri-based NorthPoint Development plans to build a 750,000-square-foot logistics center on those grounds and has agreed to a 75-year lease, with option to purchase the property from Winstanley, according to Winstanley spokesman Matthew Watkins.
