Portsmouth Herald HAMPTON — The Lane Memorial Library and Black Heritage Trail of New Hampshire will host an online event “Rock Rest: A Place in Maine for Black Vacationers" with Sankofa scholar Nur Shoop and guest commentator Bob Sheppard on Wednesday, April 21.
