Police arrested 20-year-old Odella Allison and 34-year-old Nicholas Hammons for child neglect and drugs. Officers responded to the call that the boy wasn’t breathing. Despite CPR, the infant still died. Investigators said they couple told them they put the baby to bed facedown the night before and didn’t touch him for 13 hours.
