Leona Alice ‘Lee’ High WILMINGTON — Leona Alice “Lee” High, 76, went to be with her Lord and Savior Monday, Feb. 15, 2021, after fighting a long, valiant battle with numerous ailments for many years, the latest and most taxing, pulmonary fibrosis. Lee had been confined to Liberty Commons on Racine Drive since December 2019, when she became paralyzed from the waist down.
