Midblock open space here. Typical floor plans for the houses, 4 bedrooms on raymond. On leland, 3 and 4 bedrooms. I will go through them quickly. Raymond street profile of the new buildings. Theres existing buildings here. What you see, too, in our landscape elevation, this is the condition of the raymond culdesac. Our clients are taking on their own response to clear some of the trash thats being dumped out here. The Church Building is there. Theres a 40foot height difference between the cushion the corner from the leland area. And these are the drawings showing you the context of the buildings. Again, our landscape, as you can see, this end lot is much wider. This is approximately 35 feet and landscaping it, putting in a new fence, which is a willow, wood fence horizontally laid in there. This is a condition, like you see from visitation. This large tree in the center is on park property and that will remain. Heres the

Your commission and pg e, we have a lot of common interests. Park and rec need to dredge the site to keep it operating as a marina. We have an interest in that theres historical facts from gas plants that operated about a hundred years ago that are underneath the harbor. Weve been trying to figure out a way forward. We have designs for a large dredge project out there. The more our team looked at this, the more i think people just said this does not feel like the right answer. Its a heavyhanded approach. It has a lot of impacts of the actual construction. Some kind of questionable environmental benefits and importantly, very high costs. Were talking tens of millions of dollars here. Our team went back to the drawing boards and said whats the best thing to do for the environment and can we look at this through a different lens . Can we come up with something that might be for attractive to the citizens and to the parties involved . What we came up with, i handed out earlier a onepage sh ....

Glass and then we were told not to install the 6foot glass. So there was never any intention not to install glass and reinstall it. We were told we could install 6foot glass and purchased its and it sits in my garage. This is my primary outdoor space for the building. I have problems with stairs, and we would like the roof to be more usable. That said, the 42inch screen would also have been acceptable had we been told that we couldnt do a 6foot screen. In response to the comments about 16 poles, in fact, there will be less obstruction because the glass windscreen does not require a top rail. The 42inch windscreen does require a top rail and the amount of steel on the roof will be much lower with the 6foot rail rather than the 42inch because there wont be a top rail going around the roof. Finally, i did spend 30,000 on this, and i think there is some equities involved in this that we were told we were given a Building Permit by th ....

Offices first of all the p pa or the least e e a will be the first document that is issued should be the time when a project is felt to be an active project a project that is working along through the period up to this time there has been talk about moratoriums for a few months and talk about other things theres nothing that has come concrete changes to the eastern neighborhoods until this time the cut off date should be at earliest it today or july 23rd the controls might go into effect the builders have invested millions of in buying land and going through the permitting process oftentimes removing the environmental problems that exist on the land this is extensive and then the rules of law change have you to do all those other things it didnt make sense to me and the other thing on the nonprofit and the pdr displacement issue certainly it is important that some future projects do something to help those displacements but to say that it has to be right in the same neighborhood i dont ....
