Momentum is a cafe and co-working space with locations downtown and on the South Side. Last month, they opened a new cafe in North Lawndale. Another will open soon in Austin.

The $200M development was approved in 2018, and commercial and health care space was completed last year on one site. Now, work is underway on housing planned for the other site nearby.
