COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) — An Ohio school says an internal dispute over security prompted a last-minute cancellation of a weekend children's storytelling event featuring performers in drag amid a planned protest by a far-right group.
The "Holi-Drag Storytime" event is slated Dec. 3 at a North Side church. The Ohio Chapter of the Proud Boys says it intends to protest at the event.
Pediatrician Dr. Chris Peltier in Mt. Carmel said his office is seeing a record number of RSV cases in children.
