A public group called 'Are We Dating the Same Girl?' has racked up just under 24,000 members in the last year, while another named 'Are We Dating the Same Woman? was set up just 14 weeks ago.
EXCLUSIVE: 'Are We Dating the Same Guy?' is a forum for women to expose 'men who might be liars, cheaters, abusers or exhibit any type of toxic or dangerous behaviour'.
The judge found no evidence of conspiracy and granted the women an Anti-SLAPP motion - which protects those who speak out on matters of public interest against lawsuits made to silence them.
The California man says the women defamed him when they posted their "false" experiences with him on an "Are We Dating the Same Guy?" Facebook page.
