TALLAHASSEE – The 19th-ranked Florida State men’s tennis team travels to play its last two regular season matches this week when it plays No. 16 North Carolina at Chapel Hill Tennis Club at 4:00 p.m. Friday. TALLAHASSEE – Four members of the 2022 Florida State football team have been recognized as members of the 2023 National Football Foundation Hampshire Honor Society. All-ACC offensive lineman Dillan Gibbons leads the group, which also includes tight ends Wyatt Rector and DJ Daniels and wide receiver Mike Roussos. TALLAHASSEE – Florida State offensive lineman D’Mitri Emmanuel has been granted an extra year of eligibility and will play his seventh collegiate season for the Seminoles in 2023, it was announced Tuesday. “We are happy to have D’Mitri with our program for another year,” head coach Mike Norvell said. “Since he joined the Nole Family as a graduate transfer prior to last season, he has displayed tremendous leadership, effort and football knowledge. TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - Florida State softball senior Kathryn Sandercock was named the ACC Co-Player of the Week on Tuesday morning after her performance against No. 4 Clemson this past weekend. This is the second time Sandercock has been named ACC Pitcher of the Week this season and the sixth time she has been named ACC Pitcher of the Week in her career. Sandercock shut down one of the top offenses in the country this past weekend as she picked up a win and two saves against the Tigers.
