PETALING JAYA: Freight Management Holdings Bhd has proposed to acquire three freight forwarding services companies in the United States for a total US$2.2mil (RM9mil) as part of its expansion initiatives into selective international markets.
Based on corporate announcements and news flow on Monday, companies in focus on Tuesday (Oct 5) may include Genting Bhd, Mesiniaga Bhd, Heineken Malaysia Bhd, Silver Ridge Holdings Bhd, SC Estate Builder Bhd, Ni Hsin Group Bhd, Freight Management Holdings Bhd, Jade Marvel Group Bhd, Rubberex Corp (M) Bhd, Sinmah Capital Bhd, Media Prima Bhd, Hibiscus Petroleum Bhd and Bertam Alliance Bhd.
