39yearold Virgina Arteaga was taken in for questioning and then arrested. She is accused of murdering her son and planning it. The shooting arose as a Domestic Violence situation. They are not sure when he was shot. The police have no history with his family. And never satyr was a neighbor was devastated to hear the news. He was a wonderful young man.
