Operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have arrested a 45-year-old physically challenged man, Godwin Emuneyin, who uses his wheelchair as cover to deal in illicit substances, such as methamphetamine and cannabis in Afuze, headquarters of Owan East Local Council of Edo State.
