عادل الشنان أصدرت وكيلة وزارة المواصلات م.خلود شهاب قرارا بقصر صرف بدل الشاشة على الموظفين العاملين بالوزارة ممن لديهم عهدة أي «جهاز حاسب آلي» ورقم سري مهما كانت وظيفته مما خفض عدد المستحقين للبدل من قرابة 200 موظف الى 17 فقط. وكشفت مصادر مطلعة لـ «الأنباء» ان القرار نتج عنه حرمان اكثر من 200 موظف في «المواصلات» من صرف بدل الشاشة لعدم توافر شرطي الصرف. هذا، وتوجه عدد من الموظفين المحرومين من البدل الى ديوان الخدمة المدنية للاستفسار عن مدى قانونية وصحة تطبيق القرار مقارنة بقرار مجلس الخدمة المدنية رقم (28) لسنة 2006 بشأن منح مكافأة تشجيعية للكويتيين العاملين على الشاشات بالجهات الحكومية المتصلة بالأنظمة الآلية طوال ساعات الدوام الرسمي لتوفير البيانات التي تتطلبها طبيعة عملهم. كما نص القرار على ان المكافأة بالنسبة للعاملين على شاشات متصلة بالأنظمة الآلية تكون 30 دينارا شهريا للموظفين الذين لهم اتصال مباشر مع الجمهور بينما تبلغ 20 دينارا شهريا للموظفين الذين ليس لهم اتصال مباشر مع الجمهور، أما العاملون في مجال السكرتارية أو الطباعة الذين يستخدمون شاشات الحاسبات الشخصية غير المتصلة بالأنظمة الآلية تكون 15 دينارا شهريا، وان هذه المكافأة تأخذ حكم المرتب فتصرف كاملة أو مخفضة تبعا له ويوقف صرفها في حالة نقل أو ندب الموظف الى عمل آخر غير مقرر له هذه المكافأة. أضف تعليق(التعليقات تمثل آراء أصحابها ولاتمثل رأي "الانباء") x

The Enfield Society wants people to share their views on plans by DWS – a division of Deutsche Bank – to redevelop the Palace Exchange and Palace Gardens shopping centres in Enfield Town. A survey on the proposals, which will close on Thursday, March 18, is available here. The Enfield Society and charity Civic Voice will hold online public meetings to present the results of the survey on Monday, March 22 at 1pm and Thursday, March 25 at 7pm.
