However, as vaccine rollout picks up, foodies are all wondering: Are these new restaurant practices here to stay?
No one has a crystal ball, but we talked to several Central Jersey restaurant owners who are always on top of what’s trending to see what they predict for post-pandemic dining.
Outdoor dining
When outdoor dining was given the OK in New Jersey in the summertime, it became a way that restaurants could finally begin serving guests once again. As temperatures dropped, it remained a lifeline to eateries facing 25% indoor capacity limits.
