After the 74th annual Tony Awards took place at the Winter Garden Theatre in September 2021 and were broadcast virtually, the 75th anniversary ceremony is back in person at its usual date and time. The 2022 Tony Awards ceremony will take place Sunday, June 12 at Radio City Music Hall, its home for many of the past 10 years. CBS and Paramount+ will broadcast the ceremony from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. that day, and an additional hour of exclusive content will be available on Paramount+ from 7-8 p.m.

The playhouse will also present a reimagined production of Shakespeare's As You Like It as part of its 2022-23 season.

Chester Theatre Company will stage a full complement of four productions this summer, including a world premiere commission and a "fresh restaging" of a popular hit.
