Faurecia to sell acoustics division to Adler Pelzer Print Faurecia has signed a memorandum of understanding to sell its acoustics and soft trim division to Adler Pelzer Group, a specialist in automotive acoustics. The division had sales of 385 million euros ($465 million) in 2019 and has about 1,800 employees in eight factories and one R&D center, all in Europe. Terms of the agreement were not announced, and a closing date was not given.
