A DISTRACTED teacher who killed a cancer sufferer who was about to marry the love of her life in a road crash, has been jailed. A court heard victim Emma Summerell was about to given the all-clear after a two year battle with cancer. Maths and science teacher Ian Rowland over-steered his car on a country road and caused the crash in which Emma died as his car skidded sideways into her lane.
