Man criminally charged with murder of Uber driver receives stay of civil proceedings
PITTSBURGH – A man accused of the murder of an Uber driver and who requested that the wrongful death civil lawsuit against him be stayed – while the concurrent criminal proceedings against him resolve – has had that request granted.
