NORRISTOWN — After months of planning and organizing, the food is being delivered to those in need. The 28th Annual Lt. Patty Simons Law Enforcement Food Drive kicked off at Five Saints Distilling in Norristown on October 25th. More than a dozen local law enforcement agencies and area businesses teamed up to collect food for 9 different food banks in Montgomery County.
