Gov. Gavin Newsom announced on Tuesday that Highway 1 south of Rocky Creek Bridge will be open to the public on Friday.
He also announced signing an emergency proclamation that would add $100 million in federal funding for repairs of Highway 1 and 18 other California roadways.
