Four lawsuits were filed after Maine voters overwhelmingly passed Question 2 in November to regulate foreign electioneering.
'Paul (Suitter) took full and complete responsibility for what happened, and is looking forward to putting this matter behind him,' attorney Walter McKee wrote in an email to the Sun Journal.
