Payne Elementary hosts book exchage Wednesday, March 10, 2021 10:41 AM PAYNE – To celebrate Read Across America, Payne Elementary recently participated in Dr. Seuss related dress up days, read Dr. Seuss books and finished off the week by holding their sixth Annual Book Exchange. Title 1 teacher, Mrs. April Krouse plans this exchange for the school every year in hopes to promote literacy and encourage students to learn to love all different kinds of books.
