Thank you. [applause] thank you. Thank you. [applause] mr. Lieutenant governor, mr. President , madam speaker, legislative leaders, senators and representatives, justices and judges, elected officials, officials, distinguished guests, families, friends and my fellow iowans, it is an honor to be here today as your 43rd governor and to deliver my first conditions of the state address.
