College is going to have more instances if we keep it where the winner of the popular vote loses the presidency. It means that 30 of americans do not reflect the diversity will elect 70 of 100 senators. We know that natural residential patterns as well as in the way in which we do districts in the Supreme Court, that basically brushed aside doing anything about partisan gerrymandering will distort the house even for them.
