The resolution authorizes the general fund to make up to $75,000 available to the parking fund for the 2021 year to make sure they maintain some solvency. Indiana Borough Manager Michael Foote said that the plan is a backup plan for the parking department. If any money is taken out, it must be repaid by the end of 2024.
