As one of the largest shippers of blueberries on the East Coast, Dandrea Produce, based in Vineland, NJ, executes a seamless program throughout the calendar year. “New Jersey blueberries play a huge role in our seamless program,” said Peter Dandrea, director of sales. “Having consistent supply is crucial for our customers and we foresee this year the New Jersey crop may be even more important.”
With the fourth generation at the helm of Dandrea Produce and a broad product offering the company is well positioned for the future. “We feel the depth of our product mix really benefits our customers,” said Peter Dandrea, director of sales for the Vineland, NJ-based company. “We like to put as much as we can from the fantastic state of New Jersey in front of our customers. Having a wider selection allows us to consolidate for them.” Dandrea explained that instead of focusing on a single item, sales will offer a program.
