Three huge Livermore buildings whose tenants include Tesla have been bought in a deal that tops $300 million, a sign that some Bay Area real estate sectors remain sturdy.
Westcore, a leading industrial real estate acquisition, development and asset management firm, acquired the 3.5 million-square-foot Odyssey Portfolio, comprised of industrial properties in Valencia, Livermore and Chino for an undisclosed sum.

Share Westcore, a West Coast industrial real estate a firm, has acquired a portfolio of two distribution warehouses in California for a combined total of more than 1.4 million square-feet of space. Westcore acquired the properties, located at 2801 West Ave. H in Lancaster (pictured top) and 1744 East Beamer St. in Woodland, from Jericho, New York-based Kimco Realty Corp. for $108 million.
