Photo: WHCU ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) — State lawmakers have repealed a directive from Governor Cuomo that required the purchase of food with a beer or glass of wine. Last July, Cuomo’s executive order caused an immediate uproar among business owners around the Finger Lakes, Southern Tier, and across the state.
