Judge moves to dismiss Practicefirst breach lawsuit over lack of 'actual harm'
In direct response to a Supreme Court ruling that breach victims must provide evidence of “actual harm” to pursue relief from entities, a federal judge in New York motioned to dismiss the Practicefirst lawsuit.
